The Fortuna Rodeo
The Fortuna Rodeo is one of Humboldt County's oldest and best-loved traditions. The 104th Fortuna Rodeo took place July 11–19, 2026, and the celebration returns each July at the Rohner Park Rodeo Grounds (1 Park St, Fortuna).
Rodeo Week is much more than the arena. Recent celebrations have featured:

Fortuna Redwood AutoXpo
Each summer, the Fortuna Redwood AutoXpo fills town with classic cars, hot rods and the people who love them. Held over a weekend in late July for more than three decades, the event has included a judged car show, a cruise down Main Street, a burnout contest at the Rodeo Grounds, a sock hop, a drive-in movie night at Rohner Park, tractor pulls, an artisans fair and a pit barbecue.
